Payment Options

The City of Turtle Lake offers a variety of convenient payment options for our residents. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five to seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.

Pay Online

The City of Turtle Lake has a new citizen portal to allow you to view and pay your utility bill online. We have partnered with Paya, a Nuvei company, for our utility bill payments.

Your account balance, bills, and payments are available as well as the ability to enroll in Auto-Pay, e-Billing, and Text & Pay. Portal users can also see the current billing address, phone number, and email address that are on file with us.

It's free to sign up for the citizen portal and online bill payment. Please be aware there are payment processing fees for paying online. Those fees are: 3.95% of the payment amount for credit/debit card payments with a $2.50 minimum; there is a $1.95 fee per transaction for ACH payments. These fees also apply to any auto-payments that are made

The first time you access the citizen portal, you will need to register to create your online account. You will find the Web ID needed to register on your utility bill. You can access the citizen portal from this website: https://turtlelakend.payacp.com/

Payment Drop-Off Locations

You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, or money orders.  Payments for water bills may also be submitted to TruCommunity Bank in Turtle Lake and Dakota West Credit Union in Turtle Lake.
